DC and Staff	$375.00 Includes C.E.	$425.00 C.E. EXTRA	$150.00 No C.E. available
DC and Staff	$50 for each addtional DC from the same office, plus C.E. costs!
Chiropractic Students	$50.00 Sept 1st , 2010 MUST pre-register! Includes shared student room	After Sept. 15th Registration is $100.00	not available.
